21/22 Community Code of Conduct
All visitors, residents, and staff at Solitude Mountain Resort are expected to follow these rules.- The use of masks while indoors is recommended, especially for people who are not fully vaccinated.
- Guests of Solitude Mountain Spa may be required to wear a mask during treatment.
- Wash hands frequently with soap and water. Use hand sanitizer when hand washing is not available.
- Stay home if you are feeling ill or experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19 or any other contagious illness.
- By entering the property, you are verifying that you have not shown symptoms of COVID-19.
What to expect
Here are some of the measures that guests can expect to see when visiting Solitude this winter.- Enhanced cleaning protocols are in place for public indoor areas such as lodging, restaurants, rental shops, and Club Solitude, including regular disinfection with electrostatic sprayers.
- Guests may request to load a chairlift alone or only with members of their group, although they may have to wait to be accommodated during peak periods.
- Hand sanitizer stations have been added in strategic locations throughout the resort.
- Plexiglass dividers have been installed at some points of sale.
Solitude Cancellation Policy
The Inn at Solitude
First night room and tax required as a deposit. The remaining amount is due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours after booking will be refunded in full. Cancellations occurring more than 72 hours after booking, but prior to 14 days before arrival, will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the full amount. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departure.
Condos, Townhomes, Private Homes
First night room and tax required as a deposit. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours after booking will be refunded in full. Cancellations occurring more than 72 hours after booking, but prior to 30 days before arrival, will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the full amount. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
SKI & RIDE, RENTALS
We will gladly give you a full refund if you cancel before 5 p.m. two days prior to your reservation; otherwise, a $20 fee per reserved product will apply. No refunds will be given for day-of cancellations. No-shows for any reserved services will be charged the full-day rate for the missed days.
TICKETS
Cancellations made prior to 14 days before arrival will be refunded in full. Between 7 and 13 days before arrival, cancellations can be made for resort credit, valid for purchases on lodging, equipment rental, Ski & Ride School, lift tickets, and some pass products. Resort credit is valid for one year from the date of cancellation. Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be responsible for the full payment. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
