Celebrate Earth Day at Solitude with various activities plus vendors outside of Last Chance Lodge. Further your appreciation of the unique mountain environment by joining a free, naturalist-led tour by the Cottonwood Canyons Foundation.
Cottonwood Canyons Foundation Ski with a Ranger
11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m.
for skiers and riders of all levels
Deepen your knowledge of Solitude and Big Cottonwood Canyon with tour stops that focus on geology, winter ecology, watershed history, and wildlife. This 45-minute tour is free, available to all levels, and no registration is required. Meet at 11:00 a.m. near the map at the top of Moonbeam Express. Look for the volunteer naturalist rangers in the bright blue jackets!
Tour is free, but lift access is required. Tour may be canceled based on weather conditions.
Cottonwood Canyons Foundation Ski with a Ranger
