    Meet at the Solitude Village Pond at 10:00 a.m. for a 30-minute presentation on the geology that shaped the Wasatch. Guests then take a short break before riding Sunrise lift and hiking to Lake Solitude. After learning about local mining operations, the hike descends to Solitude Village. Geology Hikes return to Solitude Village around 1:30 p.m.

    The tour is free, but a valid lift ticket or season pass is required. Please wear hiking shoes or other sturdy footwear for travel on mountain trails.
