Freeride is a season-long, competitive ski and snowboard program for athletes ages 8 through 18. Athletes train and pursue high-end, big mountain skiing and snowboarding on Saturdays, Sundays, and mid-week. This program provides athletes the chance to refine their skiing and snowboarding skills in a fun and competitive environment with the goal of creating well-rounded athletes who understand and display sportsmanship, teamwork, and mountain etiquette. Athletes compete in IFSA events throughout the season.
Our skilled coaching staff applies IFSA, U.S. Ski & Snowboard Freeski Training System, SkillsQuest, and PSIA/AASI methodologies. Areas of emphasis include off-piste freeriding, moguls, steeps, trees, mountain awareness, and freeride competition training.
PARKING
Parking is included for all dates of Team Solitude programs that take place at Solitude. A parking permit that allows you to park on your training days will be given to you on the day of your first session. No reservation is required when using your permit.
