Steps to redeem vouchers

  • Navigate to https://shop.solitudemountain.com/
  • Click on the "Sign In/Create Account" icon in the top right corner of the page and log into your account.
  • Hover over your name in the top right corner of the page.
  • Click on "Vouchers" from the dropdown menu.
  • Under "My Product Vouchers" click on "Redeem" next to one of the vouchers listed.
  • You will be redirected to a page where you'll need to select the date you want to use your voucher, as well as other info related to your lesson or rental.
  • Complete the page and proceed to checkout.
Additional Info
  • Group Lesson 3 Packs provide three lesson vouchers valid throughout the 25/26 season. Vouchers can be used on any day; no blackout dates apply.
  • Vouchers do not roll over for use in future seasons.
  • Share vouchers with friends and family in the same age category. Vouchers are not transferable between age categories.
  • To book a lesson, you must redeem your voucher by 11:59 PM the day prior to a lesson.
  • Group Lesson 3 Packs are nonrefundable.
  • Vouchers do not roll over for use in future seasons.
  • Rental vouchers are not transferable. They cannot be shared with others.
  • To book a rental, you must redeem your voucher by 12:00 PM on the day of pickup.
  • Demo Rentals 4 Packs are nonrefundable.
