Day Lift Ticket Validity, Mountain Report, and Hours of Operation
Your day lift tickets give you unlimited access to Solitude from open to close on your selected date. With multi-day lift tickets, you'll have access to Solitude for consecutive days starting on the date you select.

Where to Pick Up Your Day Lift Ticket(s)
Pick up your day lift ticket(s) at one of our ticket kiosks, conveniently located at both base areas.

Ikon Pass Pick Up
After you purchase an Ikon Pass, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase. If you do not receive this email or don’t see the purchase go through on your credit card, please check your junk/spam folder. If you still can't find the confirmation email, email us at info@ikonpass.com.
If you are a new pass holder for the 23/24 season, you will need to set up your account. If you elected not to upload a photo at time of purchase, you will be emailed instructions on how to update your customer profile and upload your photo. If you did not sign a release of liability when you purchased your pass, you will be sent an email requesting your signature. Every skier or snowboarder in your Ikon Pass family must have a photo, a release of liability, and a valid mailing address in order to receive a pass. All passes will start being mailed in the fall prior to the start of the 23/24 season.
If you are a new pass holder for the 23/24 season, you will need to set up your account. If you elected not to upload a photo at time of purchase, you will be emailed instructions on how to update your customer profile and upload your photo. If you did not sign a release of liability when you purchased your pass, you will be sent an email requesting your signature. Every skier or snowboarder in your Ikon Pass family must have a photo, a release of liability, and a valid mailing address in order to receive a pass. All passes will start being mailed in the fall prior to the start of the 23/24 season.

- Holiday Periods: December 18, 2023 - January 2, 2024; January 7 - 16, 2024; February 16 - 23, 2024
- All lesson participants enjoy priority lift access via the Ski & Ride School lift line.
- Lunch is included with all children's group lessons.
Mini-Explorer (ages 3-4) Meeting Location and details- Please check in 15 minutes prior to start time inside the Snowsports building at Moonbeam Base Area.
- Parents must remain on-site during the lesson, be reachable via cell phone, and be available to attend to their child if needed.
- All children must be fully potty trained (no pull ups).
EXPLORER (Ages 5-6) MEETING LOCATION AND DETAILS- Please check in at 8:45 AM on the snow outside of Ski & Ride School.
- In addition to lunch, we offer short breaks and snacks to ensure younger participants enjoy their experience and maintain the energy and willingness to participate.
- All children must be fully potty trained (no pull-ups).
Challenger (Ages 7-13) MEETING LOCATION AND DETAILS- Check in at 8:45 AM on the snow outside of Ski & Ride School.
- In addition to a lunch break, full-day lessons include short snack breaks to ensure participants enjoy their experience and maintain the energy and willingness to participate.

Program runs 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM. Lunch is included.
A full Ikon Pass or Solitude season pass is recommended to participate in Cruisers. Lift access is not included and discounted lift tickets are not offered. A minimum number of participants is required to run the program.

Rental Pick Up
Visit the Moonbeam rental shop (located on the ground floor of Moonbeam Lodge) and choose from a range of Rossignol equipment for skiers and snowboarders of all ability levels.
If you need repairs or you're located near Solitude Village, pick up your rental or service your equipment at the Powderhorn Adventure Center.

We require a parent or legal guardian to sign a release of liability on behalf of an unaccompanied person younger than 18 years old. They will not be able to participate if the release is not signed. No exceptions.

Lessons and Rentals
We will gladly give you a full refund if you cancel at least two days before your rental or lesson begins. Otherwise, a $20 fee per reserved product will apply.
